Never Criticize, Never Scold

So, OK, I have to really read the book and to my surprise, this is better than what I can expect! Its not just about work, but during my flight this morning, I made a few more decisions! From today onwards, I shall not criticize or scold anyone - wherever I am, whoever that may be. And I know I can do it.

I am deeply inspired by the values of these men..like Abraham Lincoln - "with malice toward none, with charity for all .. Judge not, that ye be not judged".. He also said, "Dont criticize them, they are just what we would be under similar circumstances..". Another good one, Benjamin Franklin, "I will speak no ill of no man... and speak all the good I know of everybody" (Book by Dale Carnegie)

Branching out to my experiences not too long ago, I did have this thought of developing all the positive values and was heading out to a good start. Brand new environment, brand new start. But circumstances really put me into a challenge of that stand I took, and I have to admit, I failed to uphold my~then, thoughts. It seemed I was the only one thinking that way, it seems the one most important person to me then always referenced our neighbours, our friends etc as being the opposite, and finally accusing me of being too linient and soft. I really thought I was doing it all right, but with all that forces coming upon me and obviously I wasnt strong enough to push the negative force away, I succumb to the negative and gave up my standpoint. Today, I am going to just forget the past, forgive myself and uphold this good thought once again, start all over - use encouragement to deal with everyday situation.
