Almost 30 years have passed and I am only starting to write the story of my life. Better late than never! Married to my dearest hubby and currently living under one roof with our little cutie pie, Analina. She's such a girl and my best-friend! My dearest sis, she's the best and I love her!! I get to make my ever fav. chiffon cake!!! It turned out better than ever! (tried it agian the next morning) ----------- let's do it again! I really missed the Pandan Chiffon Cake from pasar malam ........... my favourite.................... can someone send me some!?

I've enjoyed our chiffon cake as well, but I'm sure we can still perfect it. Next time, let's add less flour and more egg whites OK?
